In Cabo Roig you are allowed to built the following rules:

Start your house min. 5 m from the plot border, a pool may be closer.

Maximum occupation is 25%:

This means you can occupy 250 m2 on this 1,000 m2 with your house. Including covered terraces, etc.

Maximum built volume: 1.2m3/m2:
This means you may build 2 floors, and on a plot of 1.000 m2 you can build up to approx. 400 m2 house. You are restricted ion the height and you are allowed to build a cellar as long as it is accessible by car.

CABO ROIG: THE AREA

Cabo Roig is the most beautiful residential area of Orihuela Costa and probably of the Costa Blanca.
